3Stage Productions was founded in 1990 as Praestantis Productions and changed to 3Stage Productions in 1991.
Since then C. Douglas Hall, Paul Vaughn, Ed Garana and others have worked together on many projects including constructing and launching K09VR, the first television station ever to broadcast via the Internet in 1995.
